Paul and his team at First Class Home Care Inc. are extremely professional and caring. We used this service at a very emotional time for our family and it was a lifesaver. We needed help in a very short period of time and Paul and his staff rose to the occasion. The PSW’s that sat with my Dad at the hospital through the night were thoughtful, caring and went above and beyond their required duties to make my Dad comfortable. They also communicated with me to let me know how he was doing. In difficult times when a loved one is ailing, it is so reassuring to know that a service like this exists. My widowed mother lived on her own in Ontario. I live in British Columbia. As the only child I would fly back 3-4 times a year to make sure her independent living was safe as well as healthy. I just wanted to thank you again for all your help over the last month. All your caregivers have been warm, professional and genuinely concerned with Jack. We have had peace of mind the whole time they were there because we knew that they were taking care of everything.
