It feels like so long ago, yet it also seems like it all started just yesterday. We cannot believe that it was 2009 when First Class Home Care Inc. was first opened for business. Still, we are passionate and love what we do. Being able to support seniors maintain a higher quality of life.

From that very first client who gave us the hope and excitement to forge our business forward to be where we are today – sometimes we have to pinch ourselves. Since then, our family owned business has expanded our community reach, increased our client base and the services we offer, and yet we have remained true to our core principle of “Raising the Standard of Care”.

We are committed to keeping our “Promise” in providing the best quality of care possible. And we instill this promise into our Care Managers that represent us out in the communities we serve. They are educated in the principles of supporting each client’s individual goals, striving towards positive care outcomes, excellent customer service, client empathy and full accountability.

So as we forge forward in a time where the needs of our seniors continue to challenge and push us to do more, we will never forget to serve with love, compassion and support for those who need our services.
